Ahead of its launch next week, get acquainted with Sonic Team and SEGA’s Sonic Frontiers with the showdown trailer for the game.
Separated from Tails, Amy, and Knuckles, Sonic Frontiers kicks off with Sonic landing on the mysterious Starfall Islands after falling through a wormhole. This area includes biomes like flowery fields, forests, ancient ruins, and deserts, and it’s up to Sonic to collect the Chaos Emeralds and rescue Sonic’s friends.
Along the way, players can collect Kocos that upgrade Sonic’s moveset and Memory Tokens that can be used to rescue Sonic’s friends. Short, linear levels will also make their appearance based on previous titles in the series.

Sonic Frontiers – Showdown Trailer
The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on November 8. The title can be pre-ordered on the official website here.
