Genshin Impact’s Alhaitham brings the power of Dendro to the battlefield. Using his mirrors and projectiles, he’ll trigger elemental reactions that can lay waste to your opponents. However, you do need to pick the buddies that would tag along. Here’s our Genshin Impact Alhaitham best team comps guide to help you with the ideal squadmates for the character.

Genshin Impact Alhaitham best team comps guide
Before we discuss the best Alhaitham team comps in Genshin Impact, lets talk about his kit:
- Elemental skill – Creates mirrors that infuse his attacks with Dendro, with each mirror firing an additional projectile.
- Elemental burst – Creates an AoE field that deals multiple instances of Dendro damage; consumes existing mirrors to cause extra hits.
- Mirrors will also disappear if Alhaitham leaves the field.
- Skill and burst damage scale off both ATK and elemental mastery (EM). The latter has significantly higher scaling.
Alhaitham is a Dendro driver. Essentially, he’s a main DPS character who procs elemental reactions from effects generated by off-field teammates. That means you’re going to build a team around him, preferably with multiple off-field DPS fighters (i.e., auras/turrets). Since Alhaitham is on the field for a prolonged period, he will not work well with other selfish carry-type squadmates.
Quicken -> Spread – One of the best team comps for Alhaitham in Genshin Impact is fairly easy to build, as it simply requires Dendro to react with Electro:
- Alhaitham
- Electro – Fischl/Yae Miko (sub-DPS) or Kuki Shinobu (healer)
- For the remaining flex slots, you can opt to include Nahida due to her amazing EM buffs. Alternatively, there’s Yaoyao who can be the healer if you don’t have Kuki.
Bloom -> Hyperbloom – A Hyperbloom setup can also be considered as one of the best team comps for Alhaitham in Genshin Impact. The squad requires Dendro and Hydro to create a core, whereupon the core is hit by Electro to create homing projectiles:
- Alhaitham
- Hydro (sub-DPS) – Xingqiu or Yelan.
- Electro (sub-DPS or support) – Raiden Shogun or Kuki Shinobu.
- If you need a Dendro battery, as well as EM buffs, you can add Nahida here (i.e., Alhaitham, Nahida, Xingqiu, and Kuki Shinobu).
Bloom -> Burgeon – A slight variation of Bloom requires Pyro to hit the Dendro cores instead. The downside to this is that it’s fairly restrictive, as very few Pyro characters can reliably provide off-field capabilities for the task:
- Alhaitham
- Hydro (sub-DPS) – Xingqiu or Yelan.
- Pyro (shielder) – Thoma.
Nilou Bloom comp – Lastly, there’s a Bloom-only setup. While Bloom tends to lag behind Burgeon and Hyperbloom, it’s significantly improved if you make use of Nilou’s perks. However, this also means you’d be relegated to only Dendro and Hydro characters in your team:
- Alhaitham
- Nilou
- Extra Hydro options: Xingqiu, Yelan, Kokomi/Barbara.
- Extra Dendro options: Nahida, Yaoyao, Dendro Traveler.
