Diablo 4’s Ashava the Pestilent is located in The Crucible, the easternmost area in the Fractured Peaks region.
Thankfully, you don’t have to spend time waiting around for Ashava to spawn. A tooltip appears 15 minutes before the boss itself, advising you to travel to the marked location on your Diablo 4 map.
