Mobile games are beyond anything I ever expected growing up, and Warzone Mobile is (almost) the pinnacle of what’s currently achievable. However, sometimes tech runs before it can walk. A lot of players are experiencing Warzone Mobile crashing on both Bluestack and mobile. Here’s how to fix it.
How to fix Warzone Mobile crashing on Mobile
There are a few things you can try to make Warzone Mobile run much more smoothly. Usually, the issue is with your hardware or the game files. I found checking both of these and tweaking settings usually fixes the problem.
Check for Updates
The first thing you should do is ensure that you are running the most up-to-date version of Warzone Mobile. Head into your App store and locate Warzone Mobile. If there is an update pending, hit the update button and wait for it to download.
Reinstall the game
Sometimes, game files can become corrupted. Warzone Mobile has a huge amount of files stored on your device, and they can quickly cause crashes. To fully uninstall, head into the app in the settings of your mobile device and remove all data. Then, uninstall the game.
Head back into your app store and download the Warzone Mobile again. This will also reinstall all the update files, ensuring they are not corrupted.
Check you hardware
At the moment, Warzone Mobile is not running well on any mobile device. I have read about people with even the most modern flagship phones having their device turning to lava before crashing on Warzone Mobile. The issue may be with your device not being up to scratch. You should check these settings on your device to see if you have the power.
- Android Devices – At least 4 GB of RAM and running Android Adreno 618 or better.
- IOS Devices – Running iOS 16.0 or later with at least 3 GB of RAM with the A12 Bionic chip or later (excluding iPhone 8).
Check for overheating
A common problem is Warzone mobile demands on your phone hardware. Most phones are equipped with an automatic shutoff when they get too hot. This prevents them from exploding, and you losing your fingers. Remove any cases you have on your mobile device and keep an eye, or a hand, on the temperature of your device.
How to stop Warzone Mobile crashing on Bluestacks
If Warzone Mobile crashes on Bluestacks, it is because your settings are wrong. Your PC should easily be able to run Warzone Mobile, even if it isn’t all that powerful. To remedy the problems, you will need to go into the settings.
- Open your Bluestacks Settings menu using the small cog in the bottom right
- Open the Performance menu
- Head to Memory allocation and set it to High (8GB)
- Locate Performance Mode and set it to High Performance
- Save your changes and exit
- You will need to perform a restart for the settings to be implemented.
