To get the Fragment of an Ancient Chord and its higher-tier items, you’ll need to unlock the Echoes of the Deep Tides domain. This domain is located in the backend of Fontaine, north of the Court of the Fontaine location. Here’s the location of where you can find it on the map:

To obtain this item, you’ll need to clear the domain at least once and have at least 20 Resin. This domain features a battle between you and a group of enemies. After defeating these enemies, you’ll have the chance to head to the back of the domain and obtain the item.

How to clear the Echoes of the Deep Tides domain in Genshin Impact

Every domain comes with a Leyline Disorder that provides buffs for your team to help you clear the domain faster. The Leyline Disorder in the Echoes of Deep Tides domain in Genshin Impact is as follows: “After triggering Hydro-related reactions on opponents, all party members receive a 10% Hydro DMG bonus that lasts 10s. This can be triggered every 2s. Max 5 stacks. Characters’ resistance to interruption will be increased when 5 stacks are reached.”

You’ll have to fight against Assault Specialist Meks and Treasure Hoarders, the former enemy having lots of HP and moves that can knock you down. Bringing a character like Xingqiu will help you resist the enemy crowd-control attacks, as his rainswords provide interruption resistance. Be sure to bring a team reliant on Hydro reactions, such as Vaporize or Bloom, to take advantage of the Leyline Disorder. Teams like Childe, Kazuha, Xiangling, Bennett, or Alhaitham, Nahida, Xingqiu, and Kuki Shinobu should have no problem clearing this domain quickly.
