Iconic Surivial Title DayZ Breaks Several Player Records

Since its launch last October, Bohemia Interactive’s DayZ Frostline has sold more 530,000 units across all platforms.

On top of this milestone, Bohemia Interactive’s hardcore survival game DayZ has seen 938,000 weekly active players and 693,000 daily active players, also reaching a concurrent player peak on Steam of 79,000 – no small feat!

This DayZ Frostline success serves as a testament to the passion and dedication of the greater DayZ community. The development team behind the title stated that they are grateful to every survivor who dared to face Sakhal’s challenges. 

The development team also stated that player feedback and enthusiasm will continue to shape the evolution of DayZ, serving as an inspiration for future innovations.

Looking to the future, the team at Bohemia Interactive has reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to support DayZ throughout 2025. On that note, additiona details will be be revealed soon in the upcoming “DayZ in 2025” article.
