The newest indie shooter BattleBit Remastered is already making a positive impression on players. You wouldn’t believe it, but people heal you in this game. It’s quite refreshing seeing a shooter have such a helpful community already. BattleBit Remastered takes the art style of Roblox, and the gameplay of Battlefield and mixes them together. The result is this hardcore, yet fun shooter. If you’ve played Battlefield, there are a lot of similarities such as the healing mechanic. So adjusting to this shooter may not be that hard. However, the weapons are a little different in BattleBit Remastered. Each offers something different, this guide will break down the best weapons in BattleBit Remastered in a tier list.

BattleBit Remastered: Best weapons tier list

Since the game is in early access and at the time of writing this, there seem to be around 40 weapons. That’s quite a lot to experiment with. But, I’ve gone through enough of the game to pick the ones that stand out the most.

Note that this list will be from worst to best.

M100: This sniper rifle out of the box is deadly, but with issues. First, let’s go over the best parts. It’s a one-shot-on-kill type of weapon. So as long as you land headshots, your enemy will go down. In BattleBit Remastered, this is crucial for the harder play style. Even if you’re not that great with snipers, the M200 can accommodate that with its accuracy. However, there’s a learning curve, and you’ll need to adapt to the slower firing speed. To unlock it, you must be at Rank 100.

AK74: The name of this assault rifle is a little bit on the nose. My guess would be that SgtOkiDoki couldn’t use the real name. However, that doesn’t change anything. The performance of the AK74 is easy to get into. The quick attack speed and a decent-sized magazine will make the hardcore aspect of BattleBit Remastered manageable. But, it suffers in handling, you’ll be firing all over the place because of that. So try upgrading this area as soon as possible. This weapon is already available at Rank 0, meaning the start of the game.

FAL: Once you unlock the FAL, things just flow in your favor. Provided you know how to get better armor and pair it with the FAL, fighting aggressively will be the norm. When you use this assault rifle, expect to be greeted with a high damage stat and a very quick fire rate. Adding those qualities plus the fact that it’s an assault rifle, you’ll become a threat. Additionally, consider upgrading this weapon — it only gets better. This weapon unlocks at Rank 140.

MP7: Submachine guns in BattleBit Remastered will give you trouble. While quick, they have a small magazine that will force you to reload often. But the MP7 has a different story, it’s the fastest in its class, and in my opinion, the most versatile. On top of that, the magazine size is something to brag about, it can go up against even the strongest assault rifles in this department. If you can fight in more ways than one, well, the game becomes easier. Just like the AK74, this gun is ready for you at the start.

M4A1: The M4A1 is my personal favorite, but it’s not number one on the list for that reason. Its performance is rather unmatched, you can have two fire modes: Full Auto and Burst. When this comes into play, fighting becomes adaptable. So if you want to play at range, the M4A1 allows that with its accuracy when switched to Burst mode. The M4A1 is already unlocked at the start.
